    1. Introduction

    These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the website https://awfaar.com (“Site”) and its mobile application (“App”), owned and operated by Mostafa Elwan Programming and E-Marketing Co. (“Awfaar,” “we,” or “us”). By accessing or using the Site/App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree, please stop using the Site/App immediately.

    2. Eligibility

    • Users must be at least 18 years old to register and use the Site/App.

    • Those aged between 13 and 18 may register only with parental consent and full acceptance of these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

    3. Definitions

      • “Awfaar,” “we,” “our” refers to Awfaar E-Marketing Co.

      • “You,” “user” means any visitor or registered member of the Site/App.

      • “Content” includes text, images, videos, or any materials uploaded to the Site/App.

    4. Intellectual Property

    All intellectual property rights in the Site/App—texts, design, code, logos—are owned by Awfaar or its licensors, protected by applicable laws. Your use does not grant any rights to these IP assets.

    5. Usage Restrictions

    You may not, among other things:

    1. Damage, disable, or impair the Site/App or its security;

    2. Perform data mining, scraping, or unauthorized extraction of Content;

    3. Publish malware or infringe others’ rights;

    4. Use the Site/App for illegal or deceptive activities.

    6. Your Content

    By uploading content, you grant Awfaar a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute it. You warrant you own the rights to your content.

    7. Coupons & Discounts

    Awfaar aggregates coupons and deals from third-party merchants. Each offer is subject to the merchant’s own terms. We strive to keep offers updated but do not guarantee perpetual availability or absolute accuracy.

    8. Cash-Back Service (If Applicable)

    Should we provide a cash-back program, it is governed by additional rules:

    1. Eligibility: Must click “Start Shopping” link before purchase.

    2. Verification: Points post after 2 business days, then remain “Pending” until validated.

    3. Confirmation: After 90 days without return/exchange, points become “Confirmed.”

    4. Redemption: Exchange points for gift cards per the specified thresholds.

    5. Fraud: Any abuse entitles us to suspend/terminate accounts and cancel points without compensation.

    9. Referral Codes

    Our referral program grants you and your invitees cash-back points upon successful sign-up and qualifying purchase, subject to the same cash-back conditions.

    • Maximum 5,000 referrals per code.

    10. Disclaimer of Warranties

    The Site/App is provided “as is” without any warranty. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation and disclaim all implied warranties.

    11. Limitation of Liability

    Awfaar, its affiliates, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site/App or reliance on its content.

    You agree to indemnify and hold Awfaar harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site/App.

    14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

    These Terms are governed by the laws of the Egypt. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Giza, Egypt.
